January 19th Water Levels Report
Over the next few days, most of the basin will have temperatures that are 15 to 25 0F degrees below normal, Lake Michigan-Huron has fallen 1 inch in the past 30 days, and is expected to fall I inch over the next month.
Lake Superior’s outflow through the St. Mary’s River is predicted to be above average in January. Lake Michigan-Huron’s outflow into the St. Clair River and the outflow of Lake St. Clair through the Detroit River are projected to be above average.
